I got a Pinterest invite and checked it out. If you thought Tumblr was full of hipsters…oh man. I do not feel uncool enough to use Pinterest. Interesting concept though, so I’ll probably give it a good trial run before deciding if I want to really use it.

Anywho, if anyone is interested, I had a pretty marvelous birthday/Thanksgiving week. The week before was filled with anxiety and anticipation, but when Sunday finally came, it was so lovely and relaxing. Spending half the week in San Diego was wonderful. Shaun took me to a really delicious place called George’s, right by the ocean. The food was great (mussels, steak and short ribs, yesss) but portions were too tiny for Shaun’s goliath appetite :P Luckily Korean BBQ buffet made up for that oversight. I didn’t throw a party this year, since I was gone and I saw everyone at Shawn and Gary’s party that weekend anyways. In retrospect, it’s definitely the quietest birthday I’ve had since I graduated high school, but it was so lovely that I think I actually can count it as my favorite (besides my 21st, but I don’t remember enough of it to really judge, hahaha). 

The rest of the week was spent battling LA traffic (it took us 11 hours to get from San Diego from San Jose. Barf), making stuffed mushrooms, dogsitting, eating pizza and shooting zombies on the Wii. It was fun, but tomorrow is Monday and I have things to do :( Sigh.
